We’re Bry & Samua.

Two women standing against a colorful wall, smiling, displaying medals they won.

Bry and Samua are two friends brought together by life’s unconventional ways. What started as a casual church meeting turned into more thanks to their mutual love for Keith Urban and Disney…and a shared dislike for running that somehow constantly sparks girls running trips.  Their friendship has been tried and true as they worked through different challenges, and it is from this place of authenticity and truth that their inspiration for

The Bry and Samua Show was born!

Samua is a Brasilian native who immigrated to the US when she was 6 years old.  She grew up around Boston, MA deep in the thralls of the illegal immigrant Brasilian community, something she cherishes because it kept her connected to her roots and her culture intact.  From a young age life has thrown her many curve balls; a difficult childhood, sexual abuse, shattered dreams, a shotgun wedding turned abusive, a child with autism, and a complicated divorce.  Through out it all she’s managed to not lose her Joie de Vivre, a pro at finding the silver lining and new reasons to push forward.

Now in her 40s, Samua has  5 lovely children that range from toddlerhood to college age that she is beyond proud of, and even prouder of her relationship with each of them.  A wonderful husband and beautiful marriage that is real but safe, loving and healing.  She has spent the last few years braving the difficult task of deeply looking inward and shedding all the versions of herself that exist for survival or to please others.  The result of that ongoing work has led her to want to share her hard earned lessons with others, and help those around her where she can.

Bry Birmingham

Brynette Birmingham doesn’t merely stroll through life; she runs, skips, and occasionally Disney-dashes her way through it, sprinkling resilience and joy like confetti everywhere she goes. She’s a coach, a wife, and a survivor who’s been through the messiest of messes and still came out on the other side shining brighter than a chandelier at a Beyoncé concert.

But don’t let her sparkle fool you—Brynette keeps it real. She’s the first to admit that her relationship with exercise is complicated (because, let’s be honest, sweating isn’t cute), but give her a Disney race and she’ll be sprinting like Cinderella at midnight. Cooking is her creative playground, nature is her happy place, and her laugh? Oh honey, it’s her signature move.

Brynette is your go-to guru for finding joy in the chaos, grit in the grind, and a whole lot of fabulousness in between. She’s not here to sugarcoat life—she’s here to show you how to embrace it, own it, and maybe even dance through it.

So, if you’re ready to push harder, laugh louder, and live brighter, Brynette Birmingham is your girl. Tune in, buckle up, and prepare to be inspired, entertained, and maybe even a little obsessed—because Brynette doesn’t just light up a room; she lights up your life.
